Youth Empowerment through Service (YES): YES chapters are autonomous units that perform community service in partnership with St. Joseph Youth Alliance. YES chapters can be any group of youth that performs community service as part of the group’s normal routine. YES Chapters DO NOT have to only do service. YES chapters develop, plan and implement projects based on community needs that the YES chapter has identified. Please see our application for more information.
